Ficus Ruby 6"
- Light: Bright, indirect light. Tolerates some morning/evening sun but avoid hot direct midday sun (can scorch leaves). Variegation is best with bright light.
- Water: Water when the top 1–2 inches (2.5–5 cm) of soil is dry. Water thoroughly, let excess drain; avoid letting roots sit in water. Slightly drier in winter.
- Humidity: Moderate to high humidity preferred. Average home humidity is usually OK; raise humidity if leaves brown at edges (tray, humidifier, or occasional misting).
- Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer diluted to half strength every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer. Stop or reduce feeding in fall/winter.
- Propagation: Stem cuttings (node with 1–2 leaves) in water or moist well‑draining mix; keep warm and humid until roots form.
